For AI labs and data vendors

What we supply, and how to see a sample.

What we supply

De-identified records of how work actually got done inside real US businesses, with the outcome attached. Not scraped text and not synthetic: the problem as it was described, what the business decided, the reasoning behind it, and what happened afterwards.

The outcome is the part that is hard to buy elsewhere. A record of what somebody did is common. A record of whether it worked, what it cost in the end, and whether the customer came back is rare, because almost nobody publishes it.

Industries

We do not work with healthcare providers or consumer lenders, so there are no patient records and no consumer credit files in anything we supply.

How records are de-identified

De-identification runs on the licensing business's own hardware before anything is transmitted. Names, contact details, addresses, pricing, account identifiers and anything tied to a specific customer are removed, and the business's own staff approve a sample of the output before any record moves.

Every buyer agrees in writing not to attempt to re-identify anyone, not to contact anyone they believe appears in the data, and to use the data only for the licensed purpose. We make the same commitment ourselves.

Rights and provenance

Every record is licensed by the business that created it, under a signed agreement, for a defined term. We can tell you which business a given set came from once that business has agreed to be named, and we will not name one that has not.
