Referral terms
These terms are with our counsel and will be published here in full before any referral fee is paid.
We would rather tell you that plainly than publish something we have not had reviewed. If you want to refer a business before these are final, you can, and the terms that apply to you will be the ones published here when they are. Nothing you do in the meantime reduces what you are owed.
The published terms will cover:
The fee
What is paid, and what it is calculated on.
Attribution
How a referral is credited, how long a referral link is attributed to you, and what happens when a business was already in conversation with us.
Payment timing
When a fee becomes payable, and what we need from you before we can pay it.
Disclosure
Your obligation to tell a business that you may be paid for the introduction.
Exclusions
Who cannot be referred, including your own employer, and which businesses are out of scope.
Non-circumvention
What both sides agree not to do around the other.
Termination
How either side ends the arrangement, and what happens to referrals already in progress.
Governing law
Delaware.
